Homestead Northwest is in no way financially tied to the lenders that we have selected. Each lender that makes our list has worked hard to close the homes on time, and must at all times exhibit a professional working manner and knowledge of our homes and communites.

Offers received without a preferred lender will have 5 business days to provide Seller with loan commitment and full underwriter's approval in order to be considered.
