Our Selections Specialist is looking forward to making an appointment with you to help you  pick out your options selections and help you design your new home. 

Please come prepared to your appointment with any fabric swatches, color samples, and photos that may help you with your option selections.  Discuss with family and friends which upgrades are important to you, so that they may also be incorporated into your home.

Homestead homes come with an excellent standard options package.  If you are interested in upgrades, it will be a good idea to discuss your budget and loan with your family and lender to determine how much you are wanting to invest in your home.  

If possible, please arrange for child care so that we may have your undivided attention, as this is an important appointment in the building process.

Please keep in mind that time may be of the essence if you have purchased a home already under construction
