3. Do I need an Appointment to visit the Design Center?

As we like to give our full attention to each homebuyer, appointments are required so that we may help you in the most beneficial way. Plan on spending about 2-3 hours with us. Please call (360) 398-1390 to schedule your appointment.

4. What Options are available at the Homestead Design Center?

Your particular options selection will depend on the status of your home in the construction process. Our showroom offers plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, floor coverings, appliances and more. Homestead offers only Top Name Brand Products for your home.

5. How much should I expect to spend at the Design Center?

Each buyer has specific needs and wants for their individual home. It is important that you assess your needs to be sure you have included those features most important to you and your family, so that you will be happy with the finished product. On average a buyer can plan on spending anywhere from 1%-5% of their purchase price on upgrades, depending on how customized you want your home to be.

6. Can I include my options in my loan?

Options may* be added into your loan by increasing the home purchase price to include them if you wish. It is best to review funds available prior to your Design Center appointment, so that you know how to best personalize your home. (Options require a 30% deposit to be paid at Design Center appointment) *with lender approval
